Guest conductor Justin Brown leads the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra in a program of Valentine favorites. Mr. Brown is Music Director of the Alabama Symphony Orchestra; and General Music Director of the Badisches Staatstheater, Karlsruhe. He studied at Tanglewood with Leonard Bernstein and made his conducting debut with the British stage premier of Bernstein’s Mass. Throughout his career, Brown has worked with the BBC Symphony, the Royal Philharmonic, the Swedish Chamber Orchestra, the Oslo, Bergen, Dresden and St. Petersburg Philharmonics, the Iceland and the Berlin Symphony, and the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse.

Featured soprano Twyla Robinson has appeared with leading orchestras around the word including the London Symphony, Berlin Staatskapelle, The Cleveland Orchestra and the Los Angeles Philharmonic. She recently performed with the American Symphony Orchestra and the Opera National de Paris.
